Indonesia
The New Guinea is the world’s second largest island, politically shared between Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Over 1000 languages are spoken on this island which makes it linguistically the most various area in the world. There are still the tribes on the island that weren’t touched by modern civilization. Also, this is one of the world’s last places where cannibalism is practiced, but only for ritual purposes.
